Smith Law Firm, P.C. does not disclose any public or nonpublic personal information about you that you have provided to us to anyone outside of our firm, except as authorized by you or as required by law. All of the information you provide to us is protected by the attorney client privilege and will only be disclosed with your permission or as required by law. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with both federal law and our more stringent professional standards to protect the public and nonpublic personal information that you have provided to us.
